I came up through creative and content, expanded into strategy and growth, and learned to manage budgets, teams, and partners along the way. That combination is especially valuable for growing companies, where the marketing function doesn’t exist yet or or exists in pieces that need to come together.
I spend time getting the positioning and messaging right before picking channels, because the wrong message at scale is still the wrong message.
I build measurement frameworks to make good decisions faster, but I don’t let the absence of a perfect dataset prevent moving forward.
